Benjamin Williams faces a maximum sentence of life without parole for aggravated murder and robbery


On September 15, 2008, Benjamin Williams, 18, of Shaker Heights, robbed and fatally shot 20-year-old James Zagorski, Jr. in the parking lot of the Food Plus Store at the corner of Lee Road and Glendale Avenue located in Cleveland.


On July 9, 2010, Benjamin Williams was found guilty by a jury of aggravated murder and aggravated robbery. He faces a maximum sentence of life without the possibility of parole.


Benjamin Williams’ sentencing is scheduled for September 8, 2010 at 9:30 am in front of Judge Brian Corrigan.
