On August 2, 2013 Damien McElroy of the Telegraph, UK, posted an article ignored by the corporate media in this country, where he alleged that the CIA had been running an arms smuggling operation in Benghazi at the time the consulate and annex were attacked by a mob in Libya on September 11, 2012. Citing a CNN news story, McElroy documents that as many as 35 CIA operatives were in Benghazi working in the Annex and apparently among other things they were working on sending surface to air missiles to Syrian rebels from Libya by way of Turkey. Chemical weapons, as part of creating a false flag operation could well have been part of the plan.
McElroy goes on to note that since January 2013 the CIA has gone to apparent great lengths to keep this story inside the CIA. Those operatives who were in Benghazi at the time of the attack have been subjected to almost monthly polygraph tests as well as out and out intimidation to keep quiet. Some of the CNN story sources noted that you didn't just jeopardize yourself but your family as well.
The Daily Mail UK had a story posted on its online version of England's most popular daily, on August 15, 2013 that noted that at the time of his death investigative journalist Michael Hastings was working on something big and that something was a story about the CIA and its director John Brennan. Fred Burton president of CIA contractor Stratfor described Brennan as on a "witch hunt" for investigative journalists. This part of the story is likely to revive questions surrounding Michael Hastings death in a fiery automobile crash at 4:25 am.
Also one must begin to ask if all of this is true how much of this did Hilary Clinton know as well as Chris Stevens the U.S Ambassador who was killed in the violent mob attack on the Benghazi consulate. Has there been a cover up to hide the arms smuggling operation, including the creation of a false flag scenario using chemical weapons and blaming Assad as a pretext for intervention to take oil and gas resources from the Syrians and keeps these resources from Russia and other less than friendly nations to the US?
In a May 3, 2013 article Col. Lawrence Wilkerson, Colin Powell's former chief of staff, noted that his sources in the intelligence community were calling Syrian army use of chemical weapons possibly an Israeli false flag operation. Earlier in March 2013, Haaretz an Israeli paper, reported that it was Syrian rebels not the Syrian army behind those chemical weapons attacks.
All of this leads to the question that surely must be asked, are all these things connected in some way and how do we begin to sort this all out.
