Raw strawberry, Chia seed jam is a great way to skip sugar and is gluten free. Plus you get the benefits of a raw diet. It's also fast, easy and can be made with almost any fruit. Ground Chia seed releases a small amount of omega oils. When not ground, they are not fully digested because the seeds are so small. Grind with a coffee grinder. Chia seeds are nutrient rich and sustain energy even for athletes.
