Daily exercise is very important. People who exercise daily, tend to be healthier than people who have a sedentary lifestyle.

Benefits of daily exercise: lose weight, lower cholesterol and LDL levels, look younger, decrease changes of developing Type 2 Diabetes, lower blood pressure, release endorphins and remain within your Body Mass Index (BMI) normal weight range.

According to the American Cancer Society, body mass index or BMI, is a way to help you figure out if you are at a healthy weight for your height read the entire American Cancer Society article

Get a physical from your doctor or health care provider before exercising daily. Exercise + Healthy Eating = Weight Loss. If you are not motivated to exercise on your own, contact a personal trainer in your area.
