The Show the Love Benefit Concert for Rob Wolf is scheduled for Wednesday, February 5th at Douglas Corner, 2106 A 8th Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee 37204 - 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Rob Wolf is battling cancer. He is fighting with the heart of a warrior filled with the greatest of spirit and determination. If love could provide a cure, he would be cancer free right now.

The invitation to this event taken from the Facebook reads like this:

“As you may know, beloved Nashville songwriter and haiku ninja Rob Wolf has been fighting cancer for more than a year now. Those who know and love him are well aware of his positive attitude and his infectiously optimistic spirit, so you may not be aware of the financial toll this has taken on Rob and Lori. He was diagnosed in the fall of 2012, making 2014 the third year of meeting a high deductible as well as co-payments and other out of pocket expenses.

Rob has a lot to deal with, and his friends want him to focus his energy on staying well and kicking cancer's ass rather than worrying about financing the war. That's where we come in.

The Henningsens! Anthony Smith! Lisa Carver! Phil Barton! Pete Sallis! Matt Nolen! Cheley Tackett! Anne E. DeChant! Ruby Lovett! Jeffrey Joseph East! Mark Stephen Jones! So many more!!

Please join some of Nashville's greatest songwriters for an evening of great entertainment at Douglas Corner on February 5. All of us are Rob's friends and co-writers, and we will be performing his songs and showing the love! We promise you four hours of some of the best songs ever written!”

The donation to get into the show is a sliding scale of $15-25, meaning we really hope you will donate $25 (or more) if you can, but the minimum to get in is $15.

For the donation of $25 or more (per individual) you will get a copy of the Robert K. Wolf Benefit CD. This will be a CD of songs co-written by Rob and performed by his amazing co-writers and performers at the show. It will also be available for sale after the show for $12. More details on that coming soon.”
