An area northwest of Bend, Oregon is the site for two out of control wildfires that began on Saturday June 7th.

The Oregon Department of Forestry's Incident Management Team 2 was dispatched to assume command of the Two Bulls Fires - two new wildfires that were reported by the Black Butte Lookout at 12:48 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, burning 10 miles northwest of Bend, Oregon, and that quickly burned towards each other. The cause of the two fires is under investigation.

The Central Oregon Bulletin has an interactive map and photos. They indicate they will keep this page updated.

There have been some evacuations and other residents of the area have been put on stand-by. The American Red Cross Cascades Region relocated its shelter from Cascade Middle School, on the city’s west side, to High Desert Middle School, which is located at 61111 27th St., in Bend. Anyone affected by the wildfire can go to the shelter.
