How many people have chosen not even to read this article, or get involved in the workout programs because of negative self-talk. Load it up and shoot it up out of your head. “Just keep breathing and it all changes.” It’s not what you say it’s what you emphasize.
Quitting is not an option, there is light and less body fat at the end of the tunnel
You were meant to be here. There are so many variables that go into making you healthy and keeping you fit. Build from your strength not your weakness. You have tremendous energy, get out of the way of it. Honor your body. It’s not about the guy, the car or the money, what you are after is the feeling you will get afterwards. You are far too smart to be the only thing standing in your way. You deserve to live your life to the fullest. Kick ass. (see video)
