Michael Foxworth Jr., 62, of Belleville, has been charged with 2-counts of predatory criminal sexual assault and 2-counts of criminal sexual abuse. The victim is a 12-year old girl who reported to the police that Foxworth allegedly touched her inappropriately several times over the last few months before it escalated to sexual intercourse.
He remains jailed on $750,000 bond.
