In one of 2010's best comebacks, Joe Warren defeated Joe Soto in the second round of their featherweight title fight at Bellator 27.

Joe Soto, the reigning champ, pummeled Warren with a vast array of hooks, jabs and uppercuts in an absolutely devastating first round.  Soto shrugged off all of Warren's takedown attempts and appeared to be in full control, even taunting Warren multiple times.  It seemed all of Soto's trash talk he had said last night at the weigh-ins would be coming true.

But in the 2nd round, Warren clipped Soto with his first punch and dropped him.  After a brief scramble and a set of hammerfists on the ground, Soto got back to his feet only to be dropped back down with an incredible knee to the head by Warren.  Warren followed the knee with a huge left uppercut that sent the champ tumbling to the ground face-first.

After the referee stepped in and called the fight, Warren celebrated by jumping on top of the cage and raising both arms in disbelief.

The official time of the fight was 0:33 of the 2nd round.  Joe Warren is the new Bellator featherweight champion.
