The Flying Saucer Draught Emporium has been really lining up the beer events lately. The Stone Brewing Co. events last week, the anniversary party this weekend and tomorrow night a beer dinner featuring Bell's Brewery. The event starts at 7pm.
"This spring has been full of exciting beer events, and we couldn't pass up the opportunity for another great beer dinner..." explains Flying Saucer GM Matt Gardner. Bell's Brewery representative and regional territory manager Jim O'Connor will be on hand to present a wonderful lineup of beers paired with a six-course food menu. Gardner goes on saying, "Bell's is making some of the tastiest beers on the market right now that are sure to complement the great menu we have planned." The tasty beers being offered during the beer dinner include Oberon Ale, Consecrator Doppelbock, Bell's Porter, Two Hearted Ale, Hopslam, and Cherry Stout. The Porter will be served from a firkin.
A ticket for the dinner is $45 for U.F.O. Club members and $50 for non-members. As of last night there were still tickets available. Tickets can be purchased in advance at Flying Saucer’s location at 101 East 13th St.
