‘Being Human's’ Sam Witwer to guest star on ‘Grimm’

Everyone’s favorite vampire has a temporary new gig! Sam Witwer, aka Aiden from “Being Human” is going to be making a guest appearance on “Grimm” according to Dread Central on Jan. 23.

It turns out that Witwer is a real life close friend of David Giuntoli, one of the “Grimm” stars.

On “Grimm,” Witwer is going to play Maximillian, a tortured soul who is a carnival’s main attraction. Each time he performs, he loses a little more of his own humanity. It’s not known yet which episode this will be but we’ll let you know as soon as the info is available.

For those of you who haven’t seen “Being Human,” the story of a werewolf, a vampire and a ghost trying to live as close to human as they can together, you may know Witwer from some of his credentials. He played Lt. Crashdown in “Battlestar Galactica” and Davis Bloome in “Smallville.”

“Grimm” airs next on Friday Jan. 24 on NBC while “Being Human” airs next on Monday, Jan. 27 on SyFy.
