On Jan. 21, it was announced in a press statement that "Behind The Scene with Kenny and Friends" will commence its third season of programming on Rural TV and Family Net Television. It is hosted by veteran Kenny Dean, who has been dubbed as the "Johnny Carson of country music." The show is a laid-back, "front porch style" 30-minute weekly interview program that features conversations with music producers, recording artists, songwriters, among other guests in the entertainment field.

Some of his special guests include such musical acts in country as Tracy Lawrence, Jo Dee Messina, Ronnie Milsap, Ray Stevens, Aaron Tippin and Billy Dean.

With the help of cable and satellite providers, it airs in all 50 states and it reaches more than 25 million households throughout America.

In 2006, Dean was named "TV Personality of the Year" by the North American Country Music Association International (NACMAI). Throughout his illustrious career in the industry, which spans 50 years, he has covered interviews with entertainers and politicians such as governors, congressmen, senators and state officials.
