Jack from Brooklyn might be a newbie on the blogging scene since his URL has only seen action for 6 months, but he is far from new to New York City. “I’m a native, born and bred. If you cut me, I’d bleed asphalt,” Jack quips.
Jack was inspired to go public with his dating life in the hopes that some of the lessons he learned over the years might benefit others. "Also, all of my ex's are avid readers. That keeps me very honest," Jack reveals. And honest he is.
While some bloggers tip toe daintily around sex, Jack puts it in your face by interviewing rock stars, discussing the importance of foreplay and of course, proclaiming his own personal nookie. One of his goals is to give unfiltered insight into the male mind so ... mission accomplished!
One of the unique things about Jack is that he attempts to be as transparent a blogger as possible. He tells his dates up-front about his writing habits; a risky move, though he is convinced it adds an air of mystery. His photos are posted so readers can gaze upon the man behind the tales of losing his virginity, encountering love at first sight and subway jealousy . His mom is even involved! He dedicates a corner of his blog to his Mama and her quotable words of wisdom.
Jack's biggest challenge dating in NYC? "Monogomy," he says. 'Ain't that the truth.
