Behind every cloud is a silver lining

Friday, January 10, 2014: Each month there are a couple of days when you seem to have a clearer sense of your priorities and find it easier to put your best face forward, cooperate with others and flow with what's happening in the moment. This can be one of those days... if you let it be.

There's a light shining on limitations today , but even though you may feel held back and restricted... slow progress can be made. However, peace and happiness are also part of today's mix, so don't let the burdens of life get you down. If you're feeling drained and put upon take time to rest, reflect and honor any urge to indulge in things that make you feel comfortable, secure, at peace and happy.

And remember...

Look for the silver lining in any given situation, no matter how unpleasant and stormy life might seem.

Today's Quote

...Look for the silver lining
When e'er a cloud appears in the blue.
Remember some where the sun is shining,
And so the right thing to do,
Is make it shine for you.

A heart, full of joy and gladness,
Will always banish sadness and strife.
So always look for the silver lining,
And try to find the sunny side of life...

Lyrics by Jerome Kern
