Following the lingering wake of Hurricane Sandy, which devastated areas of the New Jersey coastline in October, local businesses throughout the shore communities are pushing to prepare for the coming summertime season. Beerheads.com’s Beers on the Boards will be making its successful return on March 23 to Martell’s in Point Pleasant Beach, as the popular boardwalk bar rebuilds their pier and outdoor seating areas.
Casual and craft fans alike can expect over 60 beers from more than 30 different local and international breweries during the afternoon and evening sessions, along with an all-day food buffet. The event will be held in both the indoor and outdoor portions of Martell’s, with brewery reps on hand to chat during the sampling.
Tickets are already on sale for both sessions, which sold out last year, so act fast if you plan on attending. A portion of the proceeds will also be donated to the Point Pleasant Beach Chamber of Commerce.

- Afternoon (12:30pm – 4pm) and Evening (6pm – 9:30pm) admission is $50
- Designated driver admission is $20
- Online ticket sales end at noon on Friday, March 22
- Door admission (if available) will be $60 and CASH ONLY
