You will need:
- 2 lobster tails
1 can of beer (even grandpa’s Heineken will do for this one)
A medium sauce pan
A steamer basket
Pour your can of beer into your saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add your two lobster tails to the steamer basket and simmer in your covered saucepan for 8 minutes - you will know when they are ready to serve when you see the shell start to curl open.
Tip: Crack the shell of your lobster tails lengthwise to allow the flavor of the beer to meld in with the lobster – you will not regret it! The butter and lemon lobster dip also pairs wonderfully with this dish.
