This Saturday, March 2nd, 2013 is the fifth annual Alfest, at The Dayton Masonic Center, in Dayton, Ohio, from 4 to 7 p.m, at 525 West Riverview Avenue, Dayton, OH 45401. A beer festival that showcases some of the finest beer from around the world, presented in a responsible, enjoyable atmosphere, a great place for food and beer enthusiast alike.
Alefest, is an event that pairs craft beer with fine food there will be over 60 different craft beers, from over 30 different breweries and there will be 16 stations that will be pairing food with corresponding beer styles.
This event will also have live entertainment, by Nick Mitchell, a silent auction that will feature beer memorabilia , the cost is $50.00 in advance and $55.00 on the day of the event, you must be 21 to attend, the admission includes a commemorative Alefest, sampling glass, 20 samples of craft beer. A portion of the proceeds will go to "The Suicide Prevention Center" and the Dayton Area Rugby Club.
