Beef-Stuffed Crescents

My family and friends love these hearty beef-stuffed crescent appetizers. They’re easy to make, delicious and perfect for any event year round.

What You Need:
(Makes: 32 appetizers)

3/4 pound of ground beef
1/4 cup of onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup (4 ounces) of cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon of sweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Dash of sugar
2 tubes (8 ounces each) of refrigerated crescent rolls

What to Do:
In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the cheese, pickle relish, salt, chili powder, pepper and sugar; set aside.

STEP 2) Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each crescent in half lengthwise, forming two triangles. Place 1 tablespoon beef mixture along the wide end of each triangle; carefully roll up.

STEP 3) Place the point side down; 2 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
