Beck will headline a show at the Santa Barbara Bowl on Thursday, May 24, the eclectic alternative rock musician announced roughly an hour ago on his Facebook page.
According to Downtown Lobby, tickets for the gig will go on sale Saturday, February 28th via Ticketmaster, although the show isn't scheduled yet on the venue's Ticketmaster page.
Support for this show will be provided by Devendra Banhart, another eclectic, enigmatic folk/alternative rocker who performed at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in 2009.
There's no word on whether or not Beck will announce a more local, Los Angeles-based date anytime soon, so if you're a fan and are interested in catching him at the SB Bowl you might want to think about trying to snag some tickets when they go on sale.
