As I write this article, it is the start of a new week. A new chance to begin anew and accomplish all of the things that I did not successfully complete yesterday. Almost a month of resolutions and changes have accumulated for me. Some amazing people have come into my life, and some not so amazing have disappeared (also kind of amazing). But one of the most learned lessons this month is that for all that the mind nor heart cannot conquer, there are happy hours. Apparently, the lovely people at Ciroc knew the same, and has offered the D.C. area one amazing way to close out the first month of the new year, Ciroc Week.
Each day, starting last Friday until this Friday, February first, Ciroc will be the bartenders' and patrons' drink of choice at some of the best establishments in Washington D.C. Equally as convenient, is that most of these events are happy hours. This week will be a good time to try out some spots you always wanted to try, or return to those swanky boutique places that you never seem to visit enough, like the W Hotel POV Lounge or Heist, while having a meetup with friends, coworkers, or even a first date.
