Suzy, a two-year-old German shepherd mix, has been at the Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control facility in Downey, Calif., since Sept. 13.
On Tuesday, the facility issued an alert - the young dog is sick and she has 24-48 hours left to live.
Individuals who have been pleading for Suzy to be adopted from this facility are devastated to know that a beautiful, young dog will likely lose her life over a common malady (kennel cough), which can be easily treated with antibiotics.
Please take a moment to network for Suzy - the clock is ticking and she will soon be gone forever.
