This beautiful dog is missing in upstate South Carolina, Anderson County P.A.W.S. reported March 25.

Remington "Remi" is a 4-year-old neutered brown and white pit bull. He went missing in the Cannon Bottom Road/Lee Steam Plant Road area of Anderson County.

His owner, Kristen Knell, is very worried about Remi, who has a chicken allergy.

Remi should have on his collar, tags and a brown harness. The chain may also still be attached. The family is afraid someone may have taken him in unaware of his chicken allergy.

If you've seen Remi, please contact Kristen at (801)380-3358 or via Facebook. She's afraid he could be tangled in the woods near his Lee Steam Plant area home.

Please share this baby with any friends who live in that area of Anderson County. Since the report of stolen dogs is on the rise, also keep an eye out for the Craigslist in your area. Especially upstate South Carolina.

You can follow Remi on this Facebook thread.
