This big kitty once again sits on death row, and is on the super urgent list.

"Gato," orange and white male tabby, needs a home to call his own. This beauty was fostered, then returned to Greenville County Animal Care Services, a high kill upstate South Carolina shelter.

This boy is very sweet, and loves to purr. He's ready to be adopted, and has already been neutered and is sponsored. His fees are all paid just needs a new home ASAP.

Gato is cat ID22470303. If you can find it in your heart to rescue, foster or offer this big guy a forever home, please email the shelter at petrescue@greenvillecounty.org or visit them at 328 Furman Hall Road, Greenville.

Whether you're looking for a cat or dog to add to the family, you won't find a bigger selection than the Greenville shelter. Don't want to commit to a cat or dog-then sign up for their fostering program. It's a great way to know beforehand whether you want the responsibility that goes with pet ownership.

Please share this article, especially with those in upstate South Carolina.
