Beautiful Monday in forecast

Weather Forecaster Daniel Johnson

Sunday was a rather splendid day across the area! We saw much cooler and drier air on the backside of the cold front that pushed through during the morning hours. It looks like even cooler weather is on the way through the work week!

Monday will be another day for the sunglasses! Look for clear to partly cloudy skies with highs around 80 degrees. It’s going to be a breezy day with wind gusts between 20-30 mph possible. Tuesday will bring a chance for more scattered showers and storms with partly sunny skies and breezy winds. Highs only Tuesday will only make it to the low to mid 70s! That is a huge contrast to what we had been dealing with recently. Chances for rain will stay in the forecast on Wednesday and Thursday with warmer and drier weather on Friday.

Daniel’s Indianapolis 5 Day Forecast:

Sunday night: Mostly clear and comfortable. Low: 60
Monday: Clear to partly cloudy, breezy, and nice. High: 80
Tuesday: Partly sunny and breezy with scattered showers and storms. Low: 57 | High: 73
Wednesday: Partly sunny with scattered showers and storms. Low: 57 | High: 75
Thursday: Partly cloudy with a spotty shower or storm possible. Low: 59 | High: 81
Friday: Partly cloudy skies and warmer. Low: 63 | High: 82
