This beauty, named Erin, was scared, starving an alone the day of her rescue. She was also stuck up a tree. Its possible she went without food for at least eight days. Her first vet visit showed this poor kitty only weighed four pounds.

Although a number of people helped, special thanks go out to Aaron Lucan, owner of Upstate Urban Forestry. Aaron took a Sunday afternoon to get the cat out of the tree.

Now for the problem. Erin loves being around people, but she hates other cats. Erin needs to find a home as soon as possible where she can be the only queen.

Here's some more information about this black beauty.

• Beautiful, healthy rescue cat
• Loves being around people
• 100% litter box trained
(She has never had an accident)
• Intelligent and trainable
• Up to date on all shots
• Spayed

• Microchipped

Erin's new owner will receive a month of cat food, a new covered litter box and scoop and a cat bed. Erin's complete vet records showing vaccinations, along with her rabies tag will be provided to her new owner.

Please share Erin's story with friends. Her caregiver Robert can be reached at 864-237-5909 for more information
