This beauty, named Erin, was scared, starving an alone the day of her rescue. She was also stuck up a tree. Its possible she went without food for at least eight days. Her first vet visit showed this poor kitty only weighed four pounds.

Although a number of people helped, special thanks go out to Aaron Lucan, owner of Upstate Urban Forestry. Aaron took a Sunday afternoon to get the cat out of the tree.

Now for the problem. Erin loves being around people, but she hates other cats. Erin needs to find a home as soon as possible where she can be the only queen.

Here's some more information about this black beauty.

• Beautiful, healthy rescue cat

• 100% litter box trained
(She has never had an accident)
• Intelligent and trainable
