An upstate dog is still sitting in foster care, waiting for her forever home, Facebook reported March 12.
Miss Eve, a 2-year-old border collie mix rescued from the euthanasia list at Greenville County Animal Care Services, had a family interested in adopting her, but they can't take her at this time.
She's a medium sized dog, weighing in at around 36 pounds. Miss Eve is heartworm negative and up to date on her vaccinations. She's already been spayed and crate trained.
A family with other dogs and kids would be ideal, as Miss Eve gets along great with both. This sweet girl ignores any cats who cross her path, so having a cat in the family is no problem.
Miss Eve loves to play, but she's also happy just sitting beside her person and being a good dog. She'd make a great indoor companion, or outside if her family provides a large fenced-in yard.
Is Miss Eve the dog of your dreams? If so, please contact Stephanie Boone Lassiter via Facebook, or Greenville County Animal Care Services at firstname.lastname@example.org. Stephanie has her in foster care, but would love to get her into her forever home.
