According to Facebook: Greenville County Pet Rescue, this beauty has run out of time at the high-kill upstate South Carolina shelter. This means the shelter may euthanize at any time. More information can be found on this Facebook thread.

This is a situation that's quite common. Chappell, a neutered male, has been in foster care since he was very small. He was returned to the shelter in hopes of a rescue or adoption.

So far, that hasn't happened, leaving Chappell at risk of being euthanized at the Greenville, South Carolina shelter. According to GCACS email, he can be put to sleep at any time.
