Beaumont's, La Jolla's best eating and drinking venue this side of Brockton Villa, introduces its new winter food and cocktail menu. Already wonderful, "Beaumont's is jazzing up its menu with several new hearty, but always fresh and approachable, dishes for the "colder" San Diego winter months."
Approachable, an underused culinary adjective, means Beaumont's offers up signifcant plates of wonderful, not bathed in puddles of undesired, or unhealthy. Some of the new winter offerings include:
Caramelized Pear & Burrata Flatbread
Roasted Chicken Pappardelle w/ Fresno Chile Pistou (Fresno, home of some of the world's more approachable chilis)

Red and Blueberry Lemon Drop - Kettle One Citron, Fresh Lemon Juice, Fresh Blue and Raspberries
Ballast Point Sculpin $4 - if you can get a beer this good, this cheap, no one will fault you for drinking at 3pm on a Tuesday.
Live music Thursday, Friday, Saturday night, and during Sunday brunch.
