Tonight at 8:00, Sparring With Beatnik Ghosts presents “Beat at the Sweet: A Beat Poetry Reading in Tribute to Jack Kerouac & On The Road” at the Sweetwater Music Hall.

Poetry readings will include the likes of Clark Coolidge, Joanna McClure, Jack Marshall, Ron Loewinson, Jerry Kamstra, Al Hinkle, Sharon Doubiago, Pat Nolan, Latif Harris, Rob Zoschke, Raymond McCurtain, Daniel Yaryan and John King. Gerald Nicosia and Ari Maslow will host this event.
