Beatles song tops poll for McCartney Out There! requests

The results in a poll finalized in mid-April, taken of 326 Beatles fans show two songs, one by the Beatles, the other by Paul McCartney, are the most-requested tunes people would like to see added to Paul McCartney's 2014 "Out There!" set list. And a Beatles song took the top spot.

“Oh! Darling” won the poll with 146 votes and registered 44.79 percent. It won by four votes over second place “Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey” with 142 votes and 43.56 percent of the vote.

After second place, the gap between the songs gets a lot wider with “Hey Bulldog” registering 115 votes and 35.28 percent. Next was “Silly Love Songs” with 113 votes and 34.66 percent.

The rest of the top 10 looked like this: “Back Seat of My Car” with 30.37 percent, “Another Girl” with 28.53 percent; “My Brave Face” with 28.53 percent; “Rocky Raccoon” with 28.22 percent; and “I Want To Hold Your Hand” with 27.61 percent.
