Beatles festival Abbey Road on the River announces its two 2011 dates

Beatles festival Abbey Road on the River has announced it will be holding events in Louisville, Ky., and National Harbor, Md. this year as it did in 2010. 

The festival will run from May 26-30 in Louisville at Belvedere Festival Park and Galt House Hotel & Suites and Sept. 2-5 at the Gaylord National Resort in National Harbor, Md. This year marks the festival's 10th anniversary.
 
Both 2011 festivals will feature re-enactments of the Beatles' Grammy-winning "Love" soundtrack from their Cirque Du Soleil show. Beatles tribute bands from more than eight countries will play at both shows. Concerts will feature music from the Beatles' group and solo careers. A Beatles merchandise marketplace will also be available. 
 
Abbey Road on the River originated in Cleveland, Ohio, in 2002 and moved to Louisville in 2005. This marks the second year a second festival has been held at Gaylord National Resort.
