"Things are in full swing for the rest of the weekend. We have 32 bands rotating on five performance stages on the grounds of the Gaylord National Hotel. At this festival, Fridays usually kicks off the full schedule of activities. one of the highlights will be the meet and greet with Pete Best. Beatle author Bruce Spizer is also here and will be discussing his books.

"But unlike the Fest for Beatle Fans, the star of this show is the music. It's a weekend long tribute to the music of the Beatles, solo beatles and music of the 60's. Here's a look at the bands we have this weekend.

"I was able to catch Jimmy Pou early in the day. He put on a wonderful George Harrison tribute. And he announced a special guest and it was none other than Dara Roberts and her family. I also saw Dara at the Britbeat show, who did an "Imagine the Reunion" concert. I got to stop by and chat, the say a special hello to Steve M from Maryland! I also caught the Cryers who are always fun and some of the Candlestick Park show.

"The highlight of the night for me was seeing the late night jam with Itchycoo Park and the Blue Meanies, both who are close personal friends to me. Two hours plus of the Beatles, '60's music and a Rutles Tribute.

"Well, so much more to see today."
