PLEASE PLEASE ME: We can't take the credit for finding the video below. Fab Gear on Facebook did, but it's wonderful -- the very young Brothers Gibb covering the Beatles. (Notice the host doesn't even mention the Fabs, either.)

LOOKING BACK AT SIR GEORGE: Gordon Thompson, author of "Please Please Me: Sixties British Pop Inside Out," examines the career of Sir George Martin in his latest blog.

SANTANA COVERS HARRISON: Olivia Harrison has given her approval to Carlos Santana's cover of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" on his upcoming album where he'll redo classic guitar songs, reports Spinner. "It completes the circle really. Carlos is really the one that can close it. Eric Clapton did it, Prince did it [with] that incredible solo at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame a few years ago. What that showed to me was no matter how hard you play the song, it doesn't have limitations," she told Spinner.

BRIAN RAY IN GUITAR PLAYER: Brian Ray announced on his Facebook page he's in the new issue of Guitar Player. Great magazine! Congrats, Brian!

CSN TO COVER ANOTHER BEATLES SONG: Crosby Stills and Nash will do a version of "Norwegian Wood" on their upcoming album, reports Billboard. It's not the first Beatles song they've covered. They've done a great version of "Blackbird" in the past.

ZOMBIES RISE AGAIN: Alan Goldsher, author of "Paul Is Undead," is previewing the sequel to that book on his blog site.

BEATLES FESTIVAL BARGAIN: Abbey Road on the River, which is going on this weekend at Gaylord National Resort in National Harbor, Md., is offering free admission for a person 21 and under with each general admission ticket. Information: www.abbeyroadontheriver.com

TRIP TO INDIA: Paul Saltzman, author of "The Beatles In India," is leading another trip to that country in March. You can get more information here.
