Beatle news briefs: Sao Paulo McCartney presale; big changes for Mary Hopkin

SAO PAULO PRESALE: The McCartney website has announced a presale for the Nov. 21 show Morumbi Stadium is underway. The password is PMSAOPAULO (it's case sensitive). American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Diners Card are all accepted, but the credit cards must be issued in Brazil. For tickets, go to http://www.paulmccartney.com/tickets/.

UPCOMING RELEASE FROM MARY HOPKIN: Mary Hopkin posted on her blog Thursday that she is about to release a new album with her son Morgan on Oct. 25. Because of the new album and the fact her old tracks will now be on iTunes, she's now making her previous albums, "Valentine," "Recollections" and "Now and Then," only available separately and no longer in a set, she's withdrawing the Christmas EP and making it for download, and that her Spirit album is planned for re-release next year.
