“I know you can tell I'm excited. I have a couple of things to tell you,” he begins.

The video includes rehearsals with Ben Harper for the David Lynch Foundation concert where Ringo received the Lifetime Achievement Award, and footage from the ceremony and paid tribute to David Lynch.

“It's David (Lynch) who should be getting the honor, really. David Lynch and the Foundation for all the goodness they do,” Ringo tells the crowd.

Also included is footage of Ringo rehearsing “Yellow Submarine, Paul McCartney doing "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On,'” and the two practicing “Hey Jude” together for the Grammy special, plus a little joking around.
