HARD WORK PAID OFF: Consol Energy Center officials worked for nearly a year to get Paul McCartney to open the arena as it was announced yesterday, reports the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The Beatles played in the city in the '60s and McCartney last played there himself over 20 years ago. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. June 14 at Ticketmaster. An official there would not rule out the possibility of a second show being added. Also, the presale for the Toronto Air Canada Centre Aug. 8 show is at 10 a.m. June 8, also at Ticketmaster.
