Beatle news briefs: Lennon fingerprints reportedly pulled from auction

FBI FINGERS AUCTION ITEM: TMZ.com is reporting that John Lennon's application for U.S. residency, complete with fingerprints, was pulled from auction from gottahaverockandroll.com by the FBI because it was government property. We saw the item still pictured in a display link on the site late last night, but not listed for auction. A Beatle item still available, however, is a page with signatures by John Lennon and Paul McCartney said to have been signed in 1958, which the site claims are the earliest known Beatle signatures.
