Beal and Worcester lead high powered C/D east all stars

BANGOR-- The nine players on the C/D boys roster for the Maine McDonald's senior all star game combined to average 210 points per game this season.

Garet Beal from Jonesport-Beals and Mitch Worcester from Washburn highlight the high powered squad. They are two of the three finalist for Mr. Maine Basketball.

Beal averaged 34 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists this season. Beal will be attending the University of Maine starting this fall on a full basketball scholarship.

Worcester averaged 26 points, 8.5 assists and eight rebounds per game. He finished his high school career with over 2000 career points.

Devin Hall from Calais and Colton Bivighouse averaged 25 points each this season.

The rest of the C/D East roster includes- Dustin Getchell (Machis), Josh Hudson (Hodgdon), Steven Lewis (Fort Fairfield), Riley Whitney (Stearns) and Julian Diggs (Lee).

This squad will face the West all stars at 9:15 a.m. Saturday at Husson University.
