Like over $500,000 per stall!

If you are out shopping for a new spot to house your pony I am afraid you are a bit late on this 22 room crib out in Wellington, Florida. It was snapped up quickly after a very short time on the market for the tidy sum of $12,000,000 or an incredible $545,454.54 per horse.

Sure you get a nice 4 acre parcel within a nose of the Grand Prix and Grand Hunter rings at the Equestrian Club. Yes. you get a nice field of bermunda grass and 4 paddocks. Yes, you get a sand ring with fiber footing and even 4 bedrooms in an 1,800 square foot pad for your horse people. But still you shelled our over a half a miliion per bed per horse.

The buyer was Further Lane Farm Holdings but according to the Jewish Business News the buyer is actually the creator of Saturday Night Live, Mr. Lorne Michaels. This funny man already has a much more modest home for himself in Wellington. The joke however just might be on him as the man laughing all the way to the bank is William Snellings who appears to have pocketed a cool $4.5 million dollar profit on a parcel he held for well less than two years.

Now that's some horse cents!
