Increasing your daily activities will benefit your overall health for the better and dramatically change your body image, the way you feel about yourself and see yourself in the mirror and the way others see you.
Exercise will help anyone feel mentally and physically better, helping make your life happier and making it easier to cope with all the day to day stress in your fast paced life.
This could be accomplished as simple as adding a 10 to 15 minute walk to your daily activities, or starting a little more enthusiastically by doing a 20 to 30 minute aerobic work-out 3 or more times per week.
Although it is much easier to start small with baby steps like adding 5 minutes of walking per day until you reach whatever goal you set for yourself is better then to jump in and try to over-do and burn yourself out before you even get started.
It really does not matter what you do as long as you do something. Get up off the couch, from the computer or what ever is keeping you from exercising and just do it. Stretch, squat, do a few jumping-jacks or take a walk around your house to get yourself started.
