TGIFS. Thank God It's Football Season. To celebrate, bd's Mongolian Grill is bringing the game-day spirit to diners with an appetizing tailgate party unlike any other. Through October 31st, 2011, bd's is providing fans with new and exciting menu additions, including innovative twists on some tailgate party classics including burgers, brats, and drink combinations.
“Football season is all about family, friends and fun,” said Denise Head, vice president of marketing at bd’s Mongolian Grill. “Adding burgers and brats to our menu creates the ideal tailgate party experience and is exactly what our guests want.”
Through the football season, bd's Mongolian Grill is providing diners with four new "Create Your Own Mongo Burger" choices. Guests can pair their choice of Angus, Turkey, Veggie, and Salmon burgers with a wide array of mouthwatering sauce options. Brats are also available for a limited time. Mongo lovers can also top off their burgers and brats with a variety of vegetable bar offerings from customary favorites such as onions, tomatoes and bacon to non-traditional items such as pineapple and jalapenos!
As one of bd’s Tailgate Party’s special features, participating bd’s Mongolian Grill locations are offering 50-cent Wing Appeteasers, the brand’s exclusive meal starters. Guests can add their choice of Mongolian Ginger, Spicy Buffalo, and Shanghai BBQ sauces to start their meal off with a kick of flavor. Throughout the promotional period, bd’s special soup offering is its Frontier Chicken Chili. A warm, hearty bowl of bd’s Frontier Chicken Chili is a tasty remedy for loyal fans to thaw out on a brisk game day.
Adding to the promotion, bd’s Mongolian Grill will host Tailgate Party Raffles. Guests will have the opportunity to register to win a bd’s/Bud Light tailgate party pack that includes an umbrella, outdoor grill, cooler, and camping chairs. The grand prize winner of each location will be announced at the end of the promotion.
After that endzone victory dance, guests can indulge on a longtime fan favorite - bd’s crisp, warm Caramel Apple Cobbler makes a “sweet” ending to a competitive game day.
Fans are encouraged to join in on the fun through their favorite social media channels. bd’s Mongolian Grill recently introduced its own iPhone app available via the Apple App Store. And this month, bd’s launched its newAndroid app available via the Android Marketplace. Also, each bd’s will be promoting their exclusive specials during the bd’s Tailgate Party promotion on their local Facebook pages.
