Already addicted to watching Mercedes Benz New York Fashion week streaming live. Seeing some exciting looks.
The BCBGMAXAZRIA show was amazing, the show at 10 am central time showed us a continuation of Springs black and white. Of course the color of the year emerald is showing up in very royal tones. Azria's line was inspired by a trip to Istanbul, which can be seen in the very mosaic and tapestry like patterns in print and in cut outs.
The styling of the show had models wearing very casual knit caps partnered with silks and fine leathers. I take that as a way to illustrate that these lovely designs are still everyday. So don't be afraid to be glamorous in your everyday life. I also saw the return of pointy toe shoes, their back ladies.
