Sweep up the excitement of the winter games with classes in figure skating, bobsledding, skiing, snowboarding, and curling! Not only will students learn about these acclaimed sports, but they will also get an insider’s look into the history of these games including routine, preparation, the best form, the most effective sports gear, and the art of competing.
A few of the classes include ‘Skiing and Snowboarding’ taught by Tom Meyers of Wachusett Mountain, Figure Skating taught by figure skating coach Anne Stacy, and a lecture on bobsledding and the Olympic experience led by two-time Olympian Peter Donohue.
