Silver Bayou Rum (80 proof) is "pure, smooth and flavorful from LA sugarcane." The nose is powerful. It almost takes your breath away. A nice vanilla scent is very strong.

Bayou Buck
1 1/2 oz. Bayou Silver
1/2 oz. ginger syrup
3/4 oz. lime juice
Dash of Angostura bitters

This drink was featured at the Bayou Rum NOLA Launch event on June 18, 2013. Shake, strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice and top with soda. Garnish with 1/2 orange wheel.

Bayou Bullfrog
1.5 oz Silver Bayou Rum
Top with Lemonade
Splash lemon-lime soda

Pour all ingredients over ice.

Blue Bayou
.5 oz Bayou Silver
.5 oz Blue Curacao
.5 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz pineapple juice
Garnish: orange slice and cherry

Combine all ingredients over ice and stir well.

Papa Doble
1 1/2 oz. Silver Bayou Rum
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/4 oz. grapefruit juice
1/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur

Combine all ingredients and ice. Shake well and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a Lime wheel and enjoy on a hot day!
