Now that players have had to the opportunity to get their hands on Battlefield 4 thanks to the game’s beta test, DICE has already made a number of changes to the game based upon player feedback. The developer revealed to fans on Oct 16 that they are indeed listening to their suggestions as they listed the changes that have been made to the upcoming title based upon initial beta feedback.
In the first of what will be many future gameplay tweaks, Battlefield 4 has already received its first set of balancing changes based upon information gather from players during the title’s beta test. Additionally, several new control layouts have been added to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 versions of the game. DICE claimed that more controller layouts were a common request within the first wave of fan feedback. Issues of low frame rate and long loading screens were also addressed for the PC version of the game.
Battlefield 4 releases later this month on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Next-gen versions of the title will also launch later this year.
