An official image has been revealed for the upcoming multiplatform title, “Battlefield 4,” which will be coming to the PS4 and Xbox 720. According to a report from the NeoGAF forum on March 15, the artwork shows a solider running through the heavy rain with several weapons equipped. Several vehicles can also be spotted on the background. You can check out the official image, as well as some screens from “Battlefield 3,” in the slideshow at the top of this article.
Electronic Arts will be officially unveiling “Battlefield 4” on March 26 during an event from the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. The sequel is rumored to also be released for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 in addition to the aforementioned PS4 and Xbox 720. “Battlefield 4” is expected to be developed by Digital Illusions Creative Entertainment, the same studio that previously worked on the aforementioned “Battlefield 3.”
The PS4 and Xbox 720 should be made available starting this holiday season in North America.
