A new mode called Air Superiority has been revealed for their End Game DLC of the multiplatform title, “Battlefield 3.” According to a post from the NeoGAF forum on Jan. 29, the announcement gave further credence to the rumors about “Battlefield 4,” which may be coming to the PS4 and Xbox 720, that previously popped up online due to the fact that the Air Superiority mode were also part of the leak. According to the now seemingly legit rumors, “Battlefield 4” will be released for the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox 720. The first-person shooter will run at 60 frames per second on the PC, PS4 and Xbox 720 with support of 64-players multiplayer map. The Frostbite 2 engine, which was used in “Battlefield 3,” will also be utilized for the sequel.
