More details have been revealed regarding a new villain for the upcoming multiplatform title, “Batman Arkham Knight.” According to a report from NZ Gamer on March 28, the character, which currently does not have a name, appears to be using a high-tech version of the bat suit.
The villain was crafted collaboratively by DC Comics and Rocksteady Studios. The development team previously confirmed that the upcoming title will be their last one created for the series. The company previously developed “Batman Arkham Asylum” and “Batman Arkham City.” You can find some screens of the new villain, along with other characters from the sequel, in the slideshow to the left of this article.
Furthermore, a member of the studio also confirmed that Scarecrow will play a significant role in “Batman Arkham Knight.” However, he wasn’t willing to provide more details on the infamous villain.
The forthcoming software product will be built only for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The same game is not heading to the PS3, Wii U and Xbox 360 consoles due to the technical limitations. The new Batmobile vehicle uses a lot of system memory, which would have hampered the experiences on the current-generation platforms.
“Batman Arkham Knight” will be published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment when it launches later this autumn season in the North American region.
