According to a new Celebrity Baby report from Jan. 28, “Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada is now revealing that she is excited about having a boy.

“Surprisingly, I found out when I had my first trimester screening,” Evelyn has revealed to PEOPLE about her pregnancy. “I was about 13 weeks when they told me the sex! I was honestly praying for a boy. I have wanted to have a son for years,” she reveals. She has admitted that she always wanted a boy. She has a daughter from a previous relationship, who has grown into a beautiful woman.

Evelyn is expecting a boy with Carl Crawford, her partner for a long time. She just went public with this relationship after announcing that she was pregnant. However, it sounds like things are great with them. “We were both so happy. There are all girls on my side, so this will be our first boy. My family is over the moon,” Lozada says. ”Every time I go to the doctor, I have them check to make sure it’s a boy. I’m still in disbelief! Shaniece is just happy that she can still be the princess of the family,” adds Lozada jokingly. “Her brother is already her BFF in her head.”

However, Evelyn isn’t speaking out about the name for their son. “Carl and I have a few in mind, but haven’t decided yet,” she reveals. The two have a couple of names in mind, but they are still deciding.
