When it comes to Michael Jordan, there is really no explanation needed. Undeniably one of the greatest basketball players ever, MJ’s stats and awards are about as long as an encyclopedia including five-time NBA MVP, six-time NBA champion and two-time Olympic gold medalist. His time on and off the court (nicknamed Air Jordan for his ability to glide through the air) has been profitable with ventures that range from apparel to ownership in professional team, the Charlotte Bobcats.
So what could a man who has so much need? A new home.
Jordan has said goodbye to Chicago and hello to Cornelius, North Carolina purchasing a sweet home along the lake. Measuring in at a whopping 12,310 square feet, this 6-bedroom/8-bath estate has plenty of space for half of his team.
This home makes for an awesome retirement pad as it’s walking distance to a golf club, has an entertainment center, pool and spa. A wee close to neighbors on one side, there is so much space in the home he probably won’t notice.
The inside of the home isn’t too shabby either as Jordan can enjoy marble floors, vaulted ceilings and ample windows overlooking his investment.
What do you think about Jordan’s new digs?
